Key Responsibility:
  • The Helpdesk Manager is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of IT helpdesk and local IT services to support business operations. This role manages end-user support, local infrastructure operations, security compliance, and IT service continuity across sites. The position also plays a key execution role in deploying IT projects related to factory renovation and new factory setup, in close coordination with senior IT management and Corporate IT.

Requirement 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 8 years in IT helpdesk, IT support, or infrastructure operations, including team leadership.
  • Solid experience supporting manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting IT projects, factory setup, or office/factory renovation is preferred IE/Lean manufacturing experiences in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT helpdesk operations, end-user support, and IT service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, Windows OS, basic servers, LAN/WAN, and peripherals.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
  • Basic project coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Familiar with ITSM / Helpdesk tools
  • Demonstrated project planning, project management, documentation, problem-solving and work prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with endusers and management.
  • Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English, Chinese would be preferred
  • Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with administration and support of voice communications.
  • Culturally sensitive – values diversity, able to understand and cooperate with other team members from different cultures.
  • Willing to travel internationally and domestically.
