About the Company

Our client is a leading multinational financial services company, recognized for its strong governance framework, customer-centric approach, and commitment to sustainable growth.

We are seeking experienced legal professionals to join the Legal team as trusted business partners, providing legal advisory support and helping the organization effectively manage legal and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background and expertise, you will serve as a legal business partner supporting one of the following areas:

1. Commercial Legal / Sales & Distribution

• Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on sales, distribution, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and business-related legal documents.
• Advise on regulatory requirements impacting products, distribution channels, and customer-facing activities.
• Support business projects by identifying legal risks and recommending practical solutions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.

2. Corporate Governance / Corporate Secretarial

• Provide legal support on corporate governance, board and shareholder matters.
• Draft and review corporate documents, resolutions, powers of attorney, and governance policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and internal governance requirements.
• Support corporate restructuring, entity management, and regulatory filings when required.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on governance-related matters.

3. Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• Handle legal disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration matters.
• Provide legal assessment and risk analysis on potential disputes.
• Coordinate with external counsels and manage litigation strategies.
• Support internal investigations, evidence collection, and dispute resolution processes.
• Advise management on dispute prevention and legal risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Approximately 7–10 years of legal experience gained from insurance companies, banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, or reputable law firms.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Commercial Legal / Sales & Distribution
  • Corporate Governance / Corporate Secretarial
  • Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
