Information Security Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer to support the implementation and operation of Level 3 Information System Security Certification for our IT Infrastructure in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for implementing security policies, technical controls, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance according to Vietnamese cybersecurity regulations and internal security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Security Certification & Compliance
- Support the Level 3 Information System Security Certification process
- Prepare and maintain documentation for security audits and regulatory inspections
- Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams during certification and audit activities
- Ensure IT systems comply with Vietnamese cybersecurity regulations
Security Operations
- Monitor and manage security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection and anti-malware systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation activities
- Support incident response and investigation
Security Infrastructure
- Support implementation and operation of security technologies including:
Firewall, WAF, SIEM, PAM, VPN, Endpoint Detection & Response
- Ensure secure configuration of servers, networks, and systems
Security Governance
- Develop and maintain internal security policies and procedures
- Support security awareness programs
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity
- Experience with security compliance or certification projects
- Knowledge of network security, system security, and vulnerability management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vietnam Information System Security Level classification
- Experience in financial systems or trading platforms
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+
Language
- Vietnamese (Required)
- One of Korean or English (Required)
