Supplier Quality Engineer Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial
Management, Materials Science, or related field

Industry Experience

1. Preferably in screw, nut, or hardware manufacturing
2. Minimum 5–8 years of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

Quality Management Skills

1. Proficient in supplier quality audit, development, and inspection processes
2. Able to define supplier quality requirements based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards
3. Experienced in leading supplier quality improvement projects

Process & Technical Knowledge

1. Familiar with screw manufacturing processes (cold heading, threading, heat treatment, surface treatment) or metal processing
2. Capable of analyzing supplier quality issues and implementing corrective actions
3. Cost & Delivery: Able to balance quality, cost, and delivery requirements, coordinating supplier resources

Language Skill:
Vietnamese: Native proficiency (spoken and written)

1. Chinese or English Sufficient for communication with Taiwanese/overseas headquarters (English preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in foreign or multinational companies
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D reports, and other quality tools
3. Experience in supplier development and qualification
4. Participated in international customer audits in the screw industry
