Once the model is agreed, we activate the setup and confirm the required documents, responsibilities, and timeline. - Recruitment: candidate search starts within 1 working day - Mobility: work permit and visa process starts within 2 working days - EOR/Staffing: ready in 3 working days These timelines assume complete documentation from the client. Any missing items will be flagged during Step 3.
