1. Proficient in production planning, capacity analysis, utilization rate control, and process improvement
2. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems

2. 2.Able to set and track KPIs (output efficiency, yield rate, on-time delivery rate)

1. Vietnamese: Native proficiency (spoken and written)
2. Chinese or English Sufficient for communication with Taiwanese/overseas headquarters (English preferred)

2. Pressure Management & Execution: Capable of making sound decisions in a high-pressure production environment
3. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle production issues and crisis management promptly
