Job Description: Account Manager – Garment Textile Accessories

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in sales within the garment and textile accessories industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth by expanding our presence in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the garment and textile accessories sector.

• Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

• Market Development: Expand market share by introducing products to new customers and regions.

• Account Planning: Develop account plans, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in garment, textiles, or accessories.

• Strong knowledge of textile accessories (buttons, zippers, trims, labels, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
