Marmon’s Strategic Expansion into Vietnam
The Dong Nai site is Marmon Fastening Solutions’ first manufacturing base in Vietnam, a strategic move to strengthen its production base and enhance supply chain resilience. This expansion directly supports Marmon’s role as a global leader supplying critical fastening solutions, primarily to the North American residential construction industry.
The decision to choose Vietnam was not made lightly. After a two-year evaluation process exploring various global market options, Marmon selected Vietnam. Marmon has secured a premium ready-built factory spanning approximately 6,090 m². The facility was chosen to accelerate time‑to‑production and preserve strategic flexibility, a route widely adopted by global manufacturers looking to ramp in six to nine months before committing to investments.
