I. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely recruitment
- Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, analytics, and cost optimization initiatives to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Strengthen the company's employer brand by leading recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Establish effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment channels
II. Workforce Planning & Organization Management
- Develop and drive workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
- Govern headcount planning and organizational structure to ensure effective resource allocation and organizational efficiency.
- Periodically analyze workforce trends, manpower gaps, and key headcount metrics to support strategic decisionmaking.
III. Training & Development
- Develop and oversee the annual Training Plan to build organizational capabilities aligned with business priorities
- Design and implement talent identification & development, succession planning, leadership development initiatives and onboarding programs to accelerate employee integration and long-term capability development
- Govern & manage employee mobility processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
IV. HR Projects & Regional Collaboration
- Lead and support regional and global HR initiatives to ensure successful implementation within Vietnam.
- Drive HR process improvement and digitalization projects to enhance operational excellence and employee experience
- Partner with regional and global HR teams

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition, Training or Development.
- Experience in multinational and/or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and employer value proposition.
- Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English
