A. Job Summary

The HR Project Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of strategic HR and talent initiatives, including school partnerships, talent pipeline programs, employer branding campaigns, and factory ramp-up hiring projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

B. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic HR and talent projects.
  • Develop project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive large-scale workforce and talent acquisition initiatives supporting business growth.
2. Stakeholder Management
  • Manage project stakeholders across HR, Operations, Production, Finance, and external partners.
  • Facilitate alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, vocational schools, and external talent channels.
3. Project Governance & Control
  • Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, communication plans, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and track project KPIs, including: Hiring volume and fulfillment rate; Candidate conversion rate; Cost efficiency; Project timelines and milestones.
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for HR leadership and management teams.
  • Ensure transparency in project status, achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
5. Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and standardize project management tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Improve project scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements and innovations across HR programs and initiatives.
C. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Project Management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition Project Management, or Operations Project Management.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume hiring environments is highly preferred.
D. Other information
  • Working location: AMATA Industrial Park, Quang Ninh
  • Working time: Mon – Sat (2 Saturdays off per month)
