HR Center of Excellence (Executive/Manager level)

The HR Center of Excellence (HR COE) Manager is responsible for designing, standardizing, and continuously enhancing HR frameworks, policies, processes, and systems to support rapid business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role drives HR excellence across multiple manufacturing sites, ensures alignment with global HR standards and governance, and leads HR transformation initiatives through digitalization, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

• Design, develop, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across multiple manufacturing sites in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
• Ensure HR frameworks are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business growth objectives.
• Regularly review and improve HR processes to enhance effectiveness, consistency, and employee experience.
• Establish governance mechanisms to ensure policy compliance and process discipline.

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and digital platforms, including: Learning Management System (LMS); Recruitment/Candidate Management System (RCM); HR Analytics Dashboard.
• Drive HR digitalization and process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Promote system adoption and utilization across HR teams and business functions.

• Develop HR dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable workforce insights.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends related to headcount, hiring, retention, productivity, and talent pipelines.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership decision-making.
• Establish standardized HR reporting and KPI tracking mechanisms.

• Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to identify organizational challenges and develop effective HR solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable HR programs, frameworks, and initiatives.
• Support organizational effectiveness, talent management, and capability-building strategies.

• Lead enterprise-wide HR transformation projects, including process redesign, governance enhancement, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws, company regulations, and Lite-On global governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across HR functions and sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR COE, HR Transformation, HR Excellence, Organizational Development, or HR Project Management roles.
• Strong expertise in HR policies, process design, HR systems, and workforce analytics.
• Proven experience leading HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience within manufacturing or multinational environments is highly preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Working location: AMATA Industrial Park, Quang Ninh
• Working time: Mon – Sat (2 Saturdays off per month)
