Group HR Director

The Group HR Director will lead the overall human resources strategy, aligning people initiatives with the company’s business objectives in the construction and real estate sectors. This role is responsible for developing organizational capabilities, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth and business direction.

• Oversee all HR functions including organization structure, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

• Build and sustain a strong corporate culture based on Discipline – Safety – Efficiency.

• Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives to ensure sufficient and capable manpower.

• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that comply with labor laws and corporate standards.

• Establish and monitor performance management systems (BSC/KPI) to drive organizational effectiveness.

• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to attract and retain top talent.

• Represent the company in dealings with government authorities and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within Construction or Real Estate corporations.

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Construction Law, and Occupational Safety regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent development, and labor relations management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
