Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

You will work closely with Sales Engineers and Technical teams to deliver the right solutions for customers and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Products: Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot), GitHub Solutions, Cloud & Business Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities
• Conduct prospecting through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and online channels
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
• Arrange and lead customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and successful implementation
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline information in CRM
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

• From 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, Business Development, or related fields
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and customer engagement
• Ability to build relationships and effectively manage customer follow-ups
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, or other relevant Microsoft credentials) are an advantage.
