Project Manager

• Develop and execute project plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing business and project needs.
• Take full accountability for project execution, delivery, and performance.
• Achieve or exceed project objectives established by management.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules and progress reports.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, scope, deliverables, and resources.Apply project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate quality assurance reviews and project governance activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
• Manage subcontractor administration, performance, and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate project communications, meetings, and cross-functional coordination.
• Review progress claims and ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Manage contract-related issues, notices, variations, and claims.
• Provide support during tender and proposal preparation processes.
• Build strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior/management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience in data centres, hyperscale facilities, mission-critical environments, or large-scale MEP projects.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems, and commissioning processes.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
