ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational Structure & Workforce Planning

  • Design and continuously improve job requirements & descriptions to align with business needs.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and optimize recruitment efficiency.
Employee Development & Performance Management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Drive performance management, equipping managers with tools for coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Conduct market benchmarking, oversee salary structures, and ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Analyze trends and optimize employee benefits programs for retention and satisfaction.
HR Compliance & RBA Standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct internal audits, and lead HR investigations.
  • Implement RBA policies, training programs, and prepare for audits to mitigate risks and prevent findings.
HR Policies & Systems Optimization
  • Develop and enforce HR policies to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Enhance HR data management by optimizing HRIS systems and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
Project & Financial Management
  • Manage project budgets under Operations Manager supervision, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.
  • Oversee operational cost management, including billing outsourcing service fees, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing for outsourcing services.
Employee Engagement & Change Management
  • Lead team-building initiatives and foster a positive workplace cultur
  • Align HR strategies with business transformation goals and advise senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR outsourcing, workforce management, or related services.
  • Proven expertise in outsourcing services and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to local labor regulations, employment policies, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in both Vietnamese & English
