| Primary Job Responsibility | |||||||
| 1. Responsible for line set-up, changeover and manpower arrangement. | |||||||
| 2. Manage and arrange daily production activities, record daily output, material and scrap. | |||||||
| 3. Ensure products are produced according to the manufacturing and quality requirements of the production plan. | |||||||
| 4. Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all the team members. | |||||||
| 5. Ensure all specified goals are achieved. | |||||||
| 6. Train new employees and provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance team performance. | |||||||
| 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. | |||||||
| Qualification Requirements (Including Knowledge, Skill, Experience) | |||||||
| ◆ Knowledge Requirement | Technical college certificate. | ||||||
| ◆ Experience Requirement | Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in related field. | ||||||
| ◆ Skill Requirement | Problem-solving and decision making skills manage any issue that may arise during production. | ||||||
| ◆ Personality Requirement | Has high sense of responsibility and team spirit, hardworking, meticulous, careful, have strong communication and coordination skill. |

| ◆ Other Requirement | Good command of speaking English or Madarin. | ||||||
