PC&L Manager

• Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor material requirements based on customer demand, production plans, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing/Sourcing teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels to achieve target inventory turns while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Analyze material shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Establish inventory control policies and conduct regular inventory reviews.

• Develop short-term and long-term production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Balance production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and material readiness.
• Monitor production plan execution and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Ensure production plans meet customer delivery commitments.
• Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and production planning review meetings.
• Track key KPIs related to production planning performance.

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material handling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Implement warehouse optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Establish and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to warehouse operations.

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities to support business requirements.
• Coordinate transportation and freight activities to optimize cost and service performance.
• Ensure timely shipment of finished goods to customers.
• Monitor logistics providers and evaluate performance against agreed service levels.
• Manage import/export logistics and customs clearance activities.
• Develop logistics cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality.

• Lead, coach, and develop Material Planning, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Establish departmental objectives and performance indicators.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across PC&L functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales.
• Build succession plans and develop team capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, or Warehouse Management within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, industrial manufacturing, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Proven experience managing planning and logistics operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
