Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and execute ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing) plans for new products, and validate the readiness of testing fixtures and equipment.

• Establish quality control plans and define inspection criteria to ensure product compliance and consistency.

• Investigate customer complaints and manufacturing quality issues, covering both NPI builds and mass production stages.

• Evaluate quality risks associated with new product introductions, complete PPAP documentation, and implement appropriate quality control measures.

• Lead and supervise the Quality team while driving continuous product and process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor the quality of incoming materials and local suppliers, and collaborate with SQE and suppliers to resolve material-related issues.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience in production failure analysis and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal
