BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
• The candidate is responsible for Die Attach/Wire bond/Optical alignment process transfer, including process setup/qualification/documentation and yield/HPU improvement.
• We expect the candidate to have die attach/wire boning/optical alignment process background.
• Coherent is looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Product transfer and process setup-40%
▪ Transfer assembly process to Vietnam site.
▪ Setup and buyoff equipment & process in Vietnam. 2) Process optimization-40%
▪ Deep analysis to understand the root cause of high HPU and low yield.
▪ Optimize process fixture/method/parameters to improve yield/HPU. 3) Online trouble shooting and Maintenance -20%
▪ Trouble shooting and recover the production line by analyze operator/machine/material/method variation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree or above, Major in Optics, Mechanical, Material or other related.
• 9+ years of experience in die attach/wire bond/optical alignment process development.
• Hands on experience in the relevant manufacturing environment is necessary.
• Able to investigate and troubleshoot process abnormalities.
• Experience in using ASM/Datacon/Yamaha/K&S/Shinkawa machines is preferred.
SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analysis skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
• Good communication in English. Chinese is a plus
