Architectural Manager

The Architectural Manager will lead the planning and conceptual design stages of real estate projects, ensuring innovative, feasible, and client-focused solutions. This role requires balancing creative vision with technical and regulatory requirements, guiding projects from early-stage ideation through to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and concept design process, translating client needs into compelling architectural solutions.

• Lead feasibility studies, site analysis, and master planning to support investment decisions.

• Develop and present conceptual design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with consultants and engineers to ensure early-stage designs are practical and aligned with project goals.

• Establish design standards and frameworks to guide subsequent detailed design phases.

• Provide leadership in design innovation, sustainability, and value creation during the concept stage.

• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for concept development across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.

• 7-10 years of experience with a strong portfolio in concept design and master planning.

• Proven track record in real estate development or consulting projects.

• Expertise in feasibility studies, zoning, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong proficiency in design visualization tools (SketchUp, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
