JOB PURPOSE
As a payroll consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a payroll consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage and update payroll data, allowances, deductions, and related items.
- Ensure compliance wwith PIT, social insurance, and labor laws
- Support data verification and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payroll issues.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 05 years of experience in C&B, recruitment, general HR, HR outsourcing services.
- Clear and purposeful communication; pre-intermediate English proficiency.
- Can do attitude
- 15 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days).
