Process Engineer

• Monitor ethylene plant reliability and recurring issues; lead root-cause studies and improvement actions.
• Analyze daily production performance gaps and implement initiatives to optimize output.
• Review economics and develop process improvements to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
• Review and recommend SOPs for process improvements; ensure proper implementation.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and hazard analysis to maintain safe, reliable operation.
• Support pre- and post-TAM activities to ensure safe and reliable plant restart.
• Prepare and review safety documents for equipment design changes.
• Lead PSSR for new or modified equipment before commissioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in application engineering, R&D, or technical customer service.
• Good at English (4 skills).
• Well understand production process knowledge.
• Fast response and flexible for unplan situation management.
• Good Collaboration among related team.

• Working location: Vung Tau City
• Working time: Mon - Fri (8AM - 5PM)
