HRBP Executive

• Manage onboarding and employee care processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Support and/or lead performance appraisal, salary adjustment, merit increase, and bonus processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, org charts, workforce data, and turnover analysis.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and department follow-up actions.
• Support talent review, succession planning, and IDP tracking.
• Prepare materials for HR Committee, talent discussions, and management reviews.
• Support change initiatives through communication, readiness tracking, and adoption monitoring.
• Coordinate company events and VIP events, including logistics and execution.
• Others task assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience, provided the candidate has worked directly as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Experience in performance appraisal, salary review, merit increase, and bonus processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analysis.
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good command of English (4 skills).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Working location: Vung Tau City
• Working time: Mon - Fri (office time)
• Interview process: 1- 2 offline interview rounds
