Supply Chain Manager
Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Department: Supply Chain
Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring excellent service levels, inventory management, and operational efficiency. This role oversees four critical functions: Planning, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics, driving cross-functional collaboration to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Leadership
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage teams across Planning, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Logistics functions.
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to support business goals.
2. Planning Management
- Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory planning processes.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels while balancing customer service requirements and working capital targets.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and develop corrective action plans.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Identify potential supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
3. Warehouse Management
- Manage warehousing operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle count programs.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational productivity.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
4. Customer Service Management
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor customer service KPIs, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address service issues.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Enhance customer experience through process improvement initiatives.
5. Logistics & Distribution Management
- Manage transportation, distribution, and delivery operations.
- Develop and monitor logistics service providers and freight contracts.
- Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring service quality.
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
6. Performance & Cost Management
- Manage the supply chain budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze supply chain data and generate performance reports for management.
- Drive supply chain digitization and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3-5 years in a management role.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or consumer products environments.
- Proven track record managing Planning, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Logistics functions.
- Experience working in multinational companies is preferred.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
