Location: No. 2 Street 10, VSIP 1, Binh Duong (have shuttle bus from HCMC)
Working Time: Mon – Fri
Summary
The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure material availability, supplier competitiveness, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience for manufacturing operations. The role works closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Production, Commodity Management, and suppliers to support business growth, particularly for large-scale hyperscale and export projects.

Summary
The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure material availability, supplier competitiveness, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience for manufacturing operations. The role works closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Production, Commodity Management, and suppliers to support business growth, particularly for large-scale hyperscale and export projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide sourcing support and contribute to supplier development initiatives in alignment with Company business requirements.
- Support and coordinate RFQ/RFP activities, supplier engagement, commercial evaluations, and sourcing recommendations in accordance with Company processes and requirements.
- Assist in localization and multi-source sourcing initiatives to enhance supply continuity, competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report supplier performance related to Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Capacity (CQDC), and support improvement actions where required.
- Identify and recommend cost optimization and productivity improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of sourcing-related risks to ensure business continuity.
- Provide sourcing support for hyperscale, export, and other strategic business projects, including supplier coordination and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement, Commodity Management, and suppliers to facilitate effective sourcing execution and issue resolution.
- Prepare sourcing-related analyses, reports, and documentation to support business decision-making and project execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely alignment of sourcing activities and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years in Procurement/Sourcing within manufacturing
- Experience with international suppliers and strategic sourcing
- Strong English communication skills
- Salary: Negotiable
