Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Chemical Industry

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in the coating, painting, and chemical sector. The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.

• Business development: Identify new opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.

• Team leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Market analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Key account management: Build strong partnerships with major clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Technical collaboration: Work closely with R&D and technical teams to provide solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the coating, painting, or chemical industry.

• Strong knowledge of industrial coatings, paints, resins, and chemical products.

• Proven track record in sales growth and team management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is preferred.
