Quality Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for mechanical and metal products.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits, process assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements to ensure product compliance.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Analyze quality data and KPI trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and company quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and related documentation.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI), qualification, and supplier development activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably within mechanical, metal, hardware, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, stamping, casting, or related manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and quality tools.
• Experience in supplier quality management and supplier audits is highly preferred.
• Familiar with quality methodologies such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations when required.

• Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001) is an advantage.
• Experience working with international suppliers and global teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
