Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all purchasing activities for raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging, and indirect materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Source qualified suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement to support production plans and customer orders.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Prepare purchasing budgets, reports, and procurement forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of purchasing/procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in the garment and textile manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment accessories, and sourcing channels.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with purchasing planning, inventory control, and cost management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
