Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring quality control and continuous improvement throughout the production process.
2. Address and resolve quality issues arising during production and processing; conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
3. Review raw material quality issues in collaboration with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and monitor the implementation of improvement actions.
4. Work closely with Process Engineers to identify process risks and drive continuous improvement to enhance product yield and consistency.
5. Establish and maintain quality-related documentation standards, and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and implement improvement measures.
7. Ensure customer requirements are properly implemented and maintained within the production process.
8. Provide training, guidance, and performance supervision for Quality Control (QC) personnel.
Experience/Education Required:
1. Education: College degree or above in engineering
2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the cable assembly industry. Working experience in a well-known company is preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in various quality tools such as 8D, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, and SPC. Possess a solid understanding of the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in oral English is preferred; strong reading and writing ability in English is required.
5. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork spirit and logical analytical skills.
