OPM/EPM English (Apple product)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Customer Requirements Management
• Receive and implement customer requirements.
• Develop the mass production line plan and certification schedule.
• Break down tasks and implement customer regulations during the Mass Production (MP) phase.

Planning Management
• Coordinate cross-functionally, allocate resources, and manage project timelines.
• Develop the MPMBO/LBO input plan.
• Establish the MPEQ (equipment) tracker list.
• Organize approval of the MBO/LBO plan.
• Ensure LBO and SRB yield targets are met, and drive production performance improvement.

Ramp-up Management
• Organize daily meetings during the Ramp-up phase.
• Track progress and consolidate issues.
• Drive the equipment installation plan and ensure the line is ready for ramp-up.
Pre-Mass-Production Preparation
• Ensure materials, equipment, jigs/fixtures, and other resources are ready.
• Complete BOM Scrub confirmation.
• Ensure NPI Open MIL (Manufacturing Issue List) is completed and downstream RMA is closed.
• Organize pre-production kickoff meetings.
• Release the MPMBO/LBO production plan.

Production Execution & Monitoring
• Manage the Ramp-up phase and ensure the project meets planned output.
• Ensure MBO/LBO and SRB are executed on schedule during the MP phase.
• Track BOM changes and manage IQC/OQC sampling plans.
• Monitor yield and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve production and quality abnormalities.

Production Closure
• Clean up the production line, handle leftover materials, and dispose of jigs/fixtures.
• Summarize post-production issues, assess actual yield, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Archive production data for knowledge management purposes.

REQUIREMENTS
• College/Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an OPM/Project Management role within an electronics manufacturing or EMS company.
• Proficient in English (all 4 skills), able to use it for work and customer communication; having basic Chinese is a plus.
• Experience working on Apple-related projects, or direct involvement in product implementation for Apple, is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing project timelines, cross-functional coordination, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of Ramp-up, Mass Production, BOM, Yield, and MBO/LBO processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet project deadlines.
