Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Manage Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics functions.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize manpower, machinery utilization, and production costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
• Lead and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Resolve operational issues and drive corrective actions to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in garment or textile manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes, capacity planning, quality control, and supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in KPI management, productivity improvement, and cost control.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
