Key Responsibilities
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Automation Engineering or a related field, is required.
2. Minimum of 3–8 years of working experience as an ME Supervisor in the Connector or Cable industry.
3. Knowledge of connector processes and related operations such as stamping, plating, and molding; basic knowledge of machining for connector and cable assembly.
4. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
8. Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Effective problem-solving skills with willingness and ability to manage multiple products and assigned tasks.
10. Six Sigma certification, project management training, and TPM experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruit and train new Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) to ensure competency and alignment with company standards.
2. Set clear performance goals and deadlines for MEs in accordance with production plans and organizational objectives and provide leadership and support to help them achieve targets.
3. Organize and manage workflow, ensuring that MEs fully understand their responsibilities and assigned tasks.
4. Communicate effectively between upper management and MEs, ensuring accurate and timely information flow in both directions.
5. Monitor ME performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance for continuous improvement.
6. Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for the ME team.
7. Prepare and submit performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
8. Recommend rewards, recognition, and promotions for MEs based on performance evaluations and achievements.
