Project L.E.A.D. is a strategic executive talent initiative launched as part of a major Transformation & Localization journey of a long-established international organization in Vietnam.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking exceptional Vietnamese executives and functional experts at:
Manager / Senior Manager / Functional Head level and above
We seek accomplished leaders with deep, proven expertise in a core functional or industry domain, complemented by strong leadership capability, business acumen and a track record of meaningful impact.
Experience
• At least 7 years of solid expertise in a specific functional / industry domain
• Significant leadership experience managing teams, complex operations or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business impact
• Experience in an MNC, large-scale organization, manufacturing environment, technology business or complex transformation setting is highly valued
