Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Expand market share in established industries and explore new sectors
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to support client success
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Share insights with leadership to refine business strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate with regional/global teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Vietnam market and major industries
- Proven ability to develop new business in emerging sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
