Job Description:
- Lead the merchandising teams of 30 HC – Men’s & Ladies Apparel & Accessories
- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal colleagues/overseas offices related to production and development process.
- Monitor the teams to adhere closely the SOPs of responsibilities and objectives in the required T&A .
- Explore innovative products & grow the business
- Source new & competitive suppliers all over the world
- Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
- Market research & sourcing new materials and suppliers
- Possess the sense of Quality & Fit to enhance smooth cooperation with QA & Technical Design Teams
- Analyze the pros & cons of individual and to make up the shortfalls
- Well Versed in both FOB & DDP business
- Willing to take on Adhoc projects
- Willing to take hands-on task to tackle any obstructions if any
Requirements
- Diploma in textile & clothing or a University graduate in any discipline is highly preferred
- Minimum 20 years of relevant workings experience in buying office, trading and manufacturers
- Proven experience in woven & knit garments preferably in Golf Knits , Golf Bottoms Fashion Sportswear, Swimwear and small leather goods .
- Excellent sourcing network for new potential suppliers
- High Emotional Intelligence, Mature, hardworking, Proactive ,Detail-oriented, Excellent Analytical, Excellent Logical Thinking , Open Minded and ready to work under pressure
- Independent with good presentation skills and a strong sense of fashion trends.
- Good command of Spoken & Written English with hands-on PC skills
- Candidates with overseas working experience are highly preferred
- Local & Overseas Travel are required
