Cover Warrant Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Covered Warrant (CW) business activities, including issuance, market making, hedging, and risk management.
• Execute CW and derivatives trading strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor CW sales performance, hedging positions, and key risk indicators.
• Prepare management reports and provide business updates to senior leadership.
• Develop new CW products and enhance related processes and systems.
• Coach and mentor team members while ensuring departmental KPIs are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in derivatives, structured products, or Covered Warrants.
• Strong knowledge of CW issuance, market making, and delta hedging.
• Good understanding of capital markets, investment analysis, and trading.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; programming knowledge (Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience leading teams or projects is preferred.
