Our client, a leading global provider of consumer electronics, entertainment, and imaging solutions, is seeking a Logistics Manager position. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, managing warehousing, distribution, import-export activities, and regulatory compliance, while driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence to support business growth.

Operations Management

This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, managing warehousing, distribution, import-export activities, and regulatory compliance, while driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to support business objectives and operational requirements.
- Establish, update, and ensure compliance with SOPs across logistics and supply chain operations.
- Drive warehouse, delivery, and supply operation performance to achieve service and sales targets.
Cost Management
- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to achieve cost KPIs.
- Initiate and lead continuous cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Trade & Product Compliance
- Ensure product and trade operations comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate the impact of new regulations and implement necessary action plans.
- Lead and coordinate audits from Headquarters, Customs, and regulatory authorities.
Partner Management
- Develop partner strategies aligned with business needs and market conditions.
- Lead logistics vendor selection, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to deliver operational and cost objectives.
People Management & Development
- Assign responsibilities and optimize resources to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and engagement initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning for high-potential employees.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, delivery, import-export operations, and product compliance.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, import-export procedures, and regulatory compliance for electronic products.
- Team Management: Proven experience leading and developing teams of 5-10 members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with E-Customs systems and SAP.
