About the Role
We are partnering with a leading international manufacturing company experiencing strong growth in the industrial and infrastructure sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-performing production site and play a key role in driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all site operations including production, maintenance, HSE, warehouse, logistics, and support functions
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Drive a strong safety culture with a “Zero Harm” mindset across the site
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards
  • Optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and control manufacturing costs
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, training, and succession planning
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / WCM) to enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align capacity planning with customer demand (S&OP)
  • Manage supplier and purchasing coordination to ensure material availability
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and minimize stock loss
  • Support new product introduction and ensure manufacturability
  • Define and execute long-term site strategy, including CAPEX and infrastructure investment
  • Communicate site performance, goals, and vision effectively across all levels

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a manufacturing plant (steel, aluminium, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and batch production processes
  • Experience managing HSE systems and driving safety culture
  • Hands-on experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
