Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting line: Regional Sales Manager
The Order Handler will be responsible for managing the execution of sales orders and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with documentation requirements, and effective communication with the Sales team. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in providing accurate updates to clients.

The Order Handler will be responsible for managing the execution of sales orders and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with documentation requirements, and effective communication with the Sales team. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in providing accurate updates to clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Execution
- Handle and monitor the execution of customer contracts from order confirmation to delivery.
- Ensure all documentation requirements for payment and compliance are fulfilled.
- Keep the Sales team updated on the status of order execution for effective customer communication.
- Liaise with logistics, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of order status and related documentation.
- Provide timely reports to management and Sales team on order progress.
- Assist Sales team in addressing customer queries related to order execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and problem resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order handling, sales support, or contract execution in industrial sectors.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
