Senior Quality Officer (Leadership Role)

• Manpower’s Client is a one of the world's leading producers of outdoor furniture with authorized retail dealers throughout North America, U.K., and Ireland regions.

• Responsible for managing the company’s product quality, supervising and controlling quality throughout the entire production process.
• Develop and implement the company’s quality inspection standards and procedures, ensuring products meet both company and customer quality requirements.
• Responsible for incoming material quality inspection (IQC), ensuring raw materials meet production requirements.
• Responsible for in-process quality control (IPQC), inspecting production stages such as machining, assembly, sanding, painting, and packaging.
• Responsible for finished goods quality inspection (FQC/QQC), ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Responsible for managing and assigning tasks to the QC team, including training, supervising, and evaluating QC staff performance.
• Collect statistics and analyze product quality issues and propose improvement measures to reduce production defect rates.
• Prepare regular quality reports and report quality-related issues to management.
• Coordinate with customers or third-party inspectors during product inspections and support the handling of customer complaints regarding product quality.

• Experience in QC management in the manufacturing industry (preferred: outdoor furniture, wood products, or metal products industries).
• Good understanding of production processes and quality inspection standards.
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Serious and responsible working attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.

• When serious quality issues are detected, has the authority to request relevant departments to temporarily stop production for corrective actions.
• Has the authority to propose improvement measures to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
