ROLE OVERVIEW
The Furniture Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new clients, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing revenue across international markets for the home furnishing and furniture categories.
This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with customers, and delivering excellent service to achieve long-term sales success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and implement effective sales plans and business growth strategies.

Proactively identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer portfolio.
Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Deliver high-quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Execution & Negotiation

Lead commercial negotiations and successfully secure business agreements.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on sales results, customer demand, and market developments.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments and regional sales teams to support business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales within international markets, preferably in the home furnishing and furniture industry.

Strong understanding of furniture product design and development, including technical specifications and product requirements.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented and results-driven approach.

Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible in managing tasks and commitments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
