Quality Systems Manager

• Build and certify the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system: quality manual, procedures, internal audits, management review.
• Define the quality plan across the value chain: IQC, in-process inspection, end-of-line acceptance, OQC, and traceability per unit and per lot.
• Run CAPA and 8D problem solving; own defect data, Pareto discipline, and yield-improvement actions with engineering.
• Prepare the IATF 16949 roadmap and APQP/PPAP-style documentation packages for automotive-adjacent Western customers.
• Implement customer-IP segregation and NNN-compliant document and floor controls for contract-manufacturing clients.
• Host customer and certification audits.

• 7+ years quality management in electronics, automotive, or machinery manufacturing; has taken a site through ISO 9001 certification or major surveillance audits.
• Fluent in core quality tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, control plans, 8D.
• Advanced English or Mandarin required (professional working proficiency); English for Western customer audits.

• IATF 16949 environment experience; lead-auditor certification; experience hosting Western customer audits in Vietnam.
