NPI & Technology-Transfer Program Manager

• Own the technology-transfer package per product: BOMs, drawings, SOPs, fixture and test definitions, software/firmware releases — complete and version-controlled before any build.
• Plan and run pilot builds (EVT/DVT/PVT-style gates): schedules, build readiness, issue tracking, and exit criteria into mass production.
• Run engineering-change control between design core and plant; ensure every ECO lands in documents, fixtures, training, and stock.
• Coordinate cross-functionally (design, industrialization, supply chain, quality, test) and report program status without varnish.
• Translate and verify Chinese-language technical documentation; chair bilingual design/build reviews.

• 5+ years program or NPI management for electromechanical products in manufacturing settings.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (Vietnamese a plus); able to verify technical translations, not just relay them.
• Disciplined documentation and change-control habits; comfortable holding gates closed when packages are incomplete.

• Experience receiving technology transfer from a Chinese design house or parent; robotics, automotive, or consumer-electronics NPI background.
