Mechanical & Structural Integration Lead

• Own structural and mechanical architecture: load paths, stiffness/mass targets, materials, and crash/drop robustness.
• Design housings, frames, and brackets for manufacturability and serviceability; manage tolerance stacks across the full assembly.
• Define cable and harness routing space claims with electronics and firmware; design strain relief and service loops.
• Release complete mechanical documentation: drawings with GD&T, assembly sequences, fastener and torque specifications.
• Support localization of structural metal/plastic parts: tooling reviews, first-article inspection criteria, supplier drawings.
• Run design reviews with industrialization and incorporate floor feedback every build cycle.

• 7+ years mechanical design of complex electromechanical products; robotics, drones, automotive, or precision machinery.
• Expert CAD (SolidWorks/Creo/NX) and GD&T; FEA literacy for structures.
• DFM/DFA fluency for machining, casting, sheet metal, and injection moulding.
• Advanced English or Mandarin required (professional working proficiency); release-quality technical documentation.

• Humanoid/legged-robot structures; lightweight materials (Al/Mg/CFRP); experience qualifying new structural suppliers.
