HR & Admin Lead

• Own end-to-end recruitment, prioritising the binding-constraint roles (assembly technicians, test/process engineers, local design-core hires); build sourcing channels and a pipeline ahead of each phase.
• Run the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, leave, and offboarding; keep records audit-ready.
• Own Vietnamese labor-law compliance and risk: social/health/unemployment insurance, work permits and visas for China design-core rotations, and dispute handling.
• Administer business and EPE licenses, permits, and renewals with finance and trade compliance; manage office, transport, and general affairs.
• Support plant 5S, culture, and internal communications; maintain the org chart and headcount plan against budget.

• 5+ years HR & admin generalist experience in a manufacturing or FIE environment, including hands-on recruitment for technical and production roles.
• Working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social-insurance, and work-permit procedures.
• Fluent Vietnamese; advanced English or Mandarin required (professional working proficiency) for design-core and customer coordination.
• Disciplined, discreet, comfortable building process from scratch.
