Job Description

Equipment Development Engineer

1. Assemble and calibrate automation equipment;

2. Program electronic control for automation equipment;

3. Maintain and optimize automation equipment standards;

4. PLC.

5. Majors: Computer, Electronics, Engineering, Software,...              

Product Analysis Engineer

1. Analyze products and processes to improve quality;

2. Analyze product circuits and optimize design;

3. Plan product processes.

4. Majors: Electronics, Communication Engineering, related engineering majors,... 

Product Testing Engineer

1. Maintain and improve, troubleshoot, analyze and handle abnormalities, improve production capacity;

2. Analyze products and processes, improve quality;

3. Optimize test programs.

4. Majors: Electronics, Communication Engineering. 

Mechanical Engineer

1. Improve equipment, enhance efficiency, design and develop, test, mass production, meet customer needs, drawings, production, and BOM maintenance;

2. Design process, equipment layout, assembly, control system, teamwork, and creative design.

3. Majors: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation. 

Project Management Engineer

1. Manage projects to achieve project goals;

2. System simulation/optimal production;

3. Coordinate schedule, cost, quality, and efficiency to smoothly enter mass production phase.

4. Majors: Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation,... 

Industrial Engineer

1. Establish production processes and standard working hours;

2. Evaluate and improve production cost efficiency;

3. Factory layout and production line planning;

4. Automation combined with on-site improvement (ECRSA);

5. System simulation/optimal production model planning;

6. Plan and introduce Industry 4.0.

7. Majors: Industrial Management. 

Quality Asssurance Engineer

1. Maintain quality management system, improve, correct, and prevent product quality issues;

2. Analyze quality abnormalities, propose improvements, and respond to customers;

3. Collaborate between departments to meet new product introduction needs;

4. Continuously improve quality management processes;

5. Respond to customer audits and implement improvement measures.

6. Majors: Electronics, Mechanical, English, Industrial Management, Management,... 

Supply Chain

Management Specialist

1. Plan raw material demand;

2. Check BOM and prepare materials;

3. Request materials and manage safety stock;

4. Control inventory and act as a bridge between production and sales departments;

5. Eliminate slow-moving inventory, track goods information;

6. Manage all goods progress information;

7. Implement and control material plans and promote production activities.

8. Majors: Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics,... 

Business Analysis

1. Prepare reports related to MFG, BA production, etc.;

2. Comprehensive analysis of efficiency, output value, cost structure, and trends;

3. Manage production capacity, production costs.

4. Majors: Economics, or unrelated majors if a potential candidate.
