Planner

• Manpower’s Client is a one of the world's leading producers of outdoor furniture with authorized retail dealers throughout North America, U.K., and Ireland regions.

• This role serves as the critical link between planning strategy and on-site supplier execution. The primary responsibility is to coordinate demand forecasting & order allocation, monitor production and resolve execution-level bottlenecks. The goal is to ensure a closed-loop process from planning to delivery, guaranteeing supply chain timeliness and stability.

• Coordinate with US Planner for order forecast allocate demand plan as per company capability.
• Evaluate supplier capacity based on order volume, proactively identify potential capacity bottlenecks, and establish escalation plans.
• Distribute orders/delivery schedule to internal teams.
• Align with suppliers on-site or through high-frequency communication to break down daily/weekly production schedules based on company orders and shipping deadlines, ensuring synchronization with the Master Production Schedule
• Conduct in-depth analysis of supplier production lines to identify bottlenecks. Immediately coordinate resources to resolve issues if delays are detected.
• Provide accurate finished goods availability forecasts to the logistics team for vessel/space booking based on production completion status, ensuring timely dispatch

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or supplier management.
• Good MS Office skills. Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, sufficient for professional business communication.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers or internal teams.

• Strong Execution: Possesses a strong ability to drive tasks to completion, effectively translating plans into actual output at the supplier level.
• Communication & Coordination: Skilled in cross-cultural and cross-company communication, adept at balancing internal and external interests.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of rapid response and emergency handling of unexpected situations (e.g., material shortages, capacity issues).
• Stress Tolerance: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to work overtime or travel as needed
