PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Manpower’s Client, a leading exporter of outdoor furniture with 30-year operation history, is seeking an experienced Production Manager (focusing on Quality Management) to join their team in Vietnam.

• Oversee the production process, monitoring the ongoing production schedules.
• Play a key role in the quality control and review processes to continually improve.
• To take responsibility for the company’s quality standard
• Supervise and motivate the QC teams
• Traveling to factories to supervise activities of QC Staff & Manager, Final Audit
• Build a motivated, competent and results focused QC team.
• Providing general direction and supervision to the production team to run the business well.
• Ensures Production function in the achievement of specific objectives set for the company.
• Meet directly with Planner or even factory owners to solve any issues such as: quality, technical, packing etc. …
• Others task and duties from time to time assigned by COO.

• A background working in a high-end furniture design & manufacturing company, prefer candidate with experience in Outdoor furniture

• 03 – 05 years of experience in a production management position.
• Deep understanding of outdoor timber manufacturing techniques.

• Proven team leadership capability and people development.
• Strong knowledge of materials (hardwood, laminate, etc).
• Ability to use Solid Works /AutoCAD design software (or similar package).
• Good strategic /financial understanding of business practices.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
