Recruitment Requirements
- Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirements
- Internal kick-off meeting, CFT team build and information transfer (customer requirements, timing, target…).
- Project process control (including budget, timing, quality, and sourcing).
- Internal project communication with CFT members.
- PPAP file collection and submit.
- Risk management.
- Customer audit support.
- Engineering change (from customer) process control.
- Whole project APQP process management.
- Support after SOP.
- Project status report to managing director.
Recruitment Requirements
- Project management experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good speaking and written skills in English.
- Knowledge of carbon fiber industry is preferable.
- Experience in applying 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) is required.
- Knowledge about IATF 16949.
