KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee quality control processes throughout production to meet IPC standards for PCB manufacturing.
• Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to monitor product quality.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IATF-16949, QC08000, and other relevant standards.
• Analyze data using statistical tools such as Minitab to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train the quality assurance team on the use of QC tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, and SPC implementation. • Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese is a significant advantage
